Principle of ice spar drying machine
Hot air from the inlet tube at a suitable spray speed from the bottom of the dryer into the stirring and crushing drying chamber, the material has a strong shear, blowing, rotating, so the material by centrifugation, shearing, collision, friction and by the divisor of the particles, enhanced mass transfer heat. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator, the particles with lower wet content and smaller particle size are increased by the swirling airflow and are further dried during the rising process. Due to the gas-solid two-phase rotation flow, the solid phase inertia is greater than the gas phase, solid gas two phase relative speed, strengthen the two-phase mass transfer heat, so the machine production intensity is high.
